Bäckhammars bruk – valves in DN1000 and bypass pumping from IBECO Rental
When Bäckhammars bruk in Värmland built a new pipeline for treated process water, IBECO and IBECO Rental contributed technical advice, valves up to DN1000 and bypass pumping of 720 l/s.

Hymax Grip - a flexible solution
Hymax Grip - an end-load resistant pipe coupling with a wide span for all pipe types. It is easy to install, has a convenient t-handle and is tightened with only 1-2 bolts per side from above. The coupling can accommodate up to 8 degrees of deflection.

2020Stormwater pipeline DN1000IBECO has taken part in a project in Gothenburg where we spent 1 year developing a solution for the installation of stormwater pipelines DN1000 and wastewater pipelines DN1400.
2020Tapping under pressure 90/180Connection of 90mm PE pipe to 180mm PE pipe. Tapping saddles with PE outlet - simple handling saves a lot of time.
2020IBECO ExpressIBECO EXPRESS! Delivery of, amongst other things, stainless steel repair sleeves custom-made to the client's requirements for repairing water leaks. This time 1 x DN300 length 1000mm, manufactured overnight ahead of Saturday and collected a couple of hours later for rapid installation on a main.
2020Large restrained pipe couplings IBDRLarge restrained pipe couplings for all pipe materials. Here, concrete is connected to PE pipe DN1200x900.
2020EncapsulationCoupling for encapsulating leaking electrofusion couplers, here on a PE pipe dy450mm. Installation can be carried out without shutting off the water. Works on all pipe materials.
2020Transition couplingTransitions from larger to smaller pipes are something we're really good at, regardless of pipe material! Here, concrete pipe is connected to plastic pipe dy 400mm with a straight waterway positioned eccentrically for the best possible flow.
2019Custom-made bespoke valve packageNew custom-made valve package DN300 ready to replace the old one. Fucoli-Somepal gate valve PE ends 315mm. PE tee DN315. Welded on and ready. 2019Water and wastewater materials for tapping under pressureIBECO supplies complete water and wastewater materials for tapping under pressure! This time, the tapping was carried out on ductile/cast iron DN250, with a DN150 branch. Tapping tools for hire, heavy-duty tapping tee, Fucoli-Somepal gate valve, PE pipe fittings, electrofusion couplers & Hymax Grip restrained pipe coupling.
