About the product
Resilient-seated gate valve with flange for isolation in wastewater pipelines. The valve has a full bore with no threads in the media, short face-to-face length F4 and flange drilling PN10/16, giving a compact installation in existing pipe runs. It is available in DN 40–500 and the working temperature is 0–70°C (frost-free). The body is manufactured in ductile iron, and the wedge is fully vulcanised with a fixed stem nut. The stem is supplied as standard in acid-resistant stainless steel with rolled threads for high strength, and four stem seals ensure a long service life. The stem seal can be replaced during operation with the pipeline pressurised. The closing torque is lower than standard and the valve is covered by a 15-year warranty.
