About the product
Resilient-seated gate valve with flanged connection, long face-to-face length and full bore, prepared for electric actuator via ISO top flange in accordance with ISO 5210. The valve is designed for PN10/16 and is available in a wide size range from DN 40 upwards. The red-brown NBR design is used for wastewater, whilst the blue EPDM design is suitable for drinking water and neutral liquids. The valve body, bonnet and wedge are cast in ductile iron, and the wedge is fully vulcanised with a fixed stem nut. Four stem seals provide long service life, and the seal can be replaced during operation with pressure in the line. The working temperature is 0–70 °C (frost-free) and the closing torque is lower than standard, which simplifies the selection and sizing of the actuator. The product carries a 15-year guarantee.
