About the product
The service valves with female thread are used to open and close service connections in drinking water and wastewater pipelines, and also handle neutral liquids. They are available in sizes DN 20 to DN 50 with female BSP thread to ISO 228-1 and ISO 1179-1, giving simple connection to threaded service pipes, and the face-to-face lengths follow DIN 3202-4 (M2). The design gives full bore with low flow resistance. The valve body is cast in ductile iron and the disc is fully vulcanised, giving a soft seal and the lowest possible closing torque. The acid-resistant stainless steel stem with rolled threads and four stem seals ensures long service life. The valves are rated for PN16. Operating temperature: 0-40°C (frost-free)
