About the product
Restrained service valve for push-fit connection to PE pipe, intended for wastewater. The valve is available in DN 20–50 for pipes with an outside diameter of 25–63 mm and is rated PN16, with a socket for PE80 and PE100 to EN 1220. The working temperature is 0–40°C, excluding frost, and the valve is supplied with a 15-year warranty. The body is made of ductile iron with an acid-resistant stem and a fully vulcanised disc, giving a full bore. The pipe is pushed directly into the socket, where double lip seal rings and a clamping ring lock the joint in a restrained manner, without welding or additional end-load restraint. The valve can also be supplied with a factory-fitted PE pipe.
