04.100 Fucoli butterfly valves ductile iron seat with handwheel PN10/16

The butterfly valve is intended for isolation and control in drinking water pipelines and for neutral liquids, in sizes DN 150 to DN 1000. The design is double eccentric with bidirectional sealing, so the valve seals in both flow directions. The body is cast in ductile iron EN-GJS-500-7 and powder coated internally and externally with drinking-water-approved epoxy RAL 5005, at least 250 µm (GSK approved). The valve is designed to EN 1074-1/2 and EN 593, with flange drilling to EN 1092-2 and face-to-face length to EN 558 table 2 series 14. Working temperature is 0–70 °C, not frost-resistant. In 04.100 (Duplex 500) the seat is ductile iron and cast directly into the valve body. If an acid-resistant seat is required, choose 04.102 instead. The valve is always supplied with an acid-resistant stem and stem sleeve for the longest possible service life. The handwheel version has an IP67 worm gearbox from Rotork, factory set in the open and closed positions. The worm gearbox is self-locking and holds the disc in the selected position even under flow pressure. This version is intended for above-ground installation. For underground installation, the same valve is available with an IP68 gearbox.
