22° seamless bends SDR17

IBECO long seamless 22° PE bends are used for smaller changes of direction in pressurised PE pipelines for water, wastewater and gas. The bend is manufactured in PE100 and is seamless, giving a homogeneous wall throughout the bend. It is connected using an electrofusion coupler or butt fusion, and the long end (dimension L1) gives ample room for welding tools and scraping, even next to other components in the pipeline. The range is supplied in pressure classes PN16/SDR11 and PN10/SDR17 and covers pipe sizes from dy32 up to dy710, with the largest sizes and the SDR17 version available from dy50 and upwards. For each size, the installed dimension Z, end length L1 and bend radius R are stated, making it easy to dimension the pipe run already at the design stage.
