45° seamless bends SDR11

Long seamless 45° PE bends are manufactured in PE100 and used to change direction in pressurised PE pipelines. The bend is seamless, meaning it has no weld seams in the bend itself and retains the pipe's properties throughout the change of direction. The long design gives a large bend radius and therefore a gentle change of direction. The bends are connected by electrofusion coupler or butt fusion and are available in versions corresponding to PN16/SDR11 and PN10/SDR17. The range covers sizes from pipe OD 32 mm up to 710 mm, with the SDR17 version available from 50 mm. For each size, dimensions such as Z dimension, end length L1 and bend radius R are given, making measurement and design work easier.
