90° seamless bends SDR17

Long 90° seamless bends for changes of direction in pressurised PE pipelines. The bends are manufactured in PE100 and are seamless, meaning the material is unbroken throughout the bend with no segment welds. The long bend radius gives a smooth flow through the pipeline. The bends are available in two versions, PN16/SDR11 and PN10/SDR17, covering pipe outside diameters from 32 to 710 mm. The smaller sizes dy 32 and dy 40 are supplied in PN16/SDR11. Connection is made by electrofusion coupler or butt fusion: each end has a straight section (L1) of 100 to 500 mm depending on size, so that the weld falls on straight material some distance from the bend. The same seamless range is also available as 60°, 45°, 30°, 22° and 11° bends for smaller changes of direction.
