Manhole renovation kits

The manhole renovation kit is used for concrete stormwater manholes DN400 and corrects manholes with problems caused by ground movement and frost heave. At the same time, the kit converts the old manhole into one with telescopic function, which extends its service life considerably by many years. The renovation section is made of HDPE and is supplied complete with two gaskets, one internal and one external, but without riser pipe. It is best used with a corrugated riser pipe with pipe OD 355 mm. During installation, the upper part of the concrete manhole is excavated away and the socket is cleared of gravel. The riser pipe is cut to the required length at the top of the corrugation. The external gasket seals against the concrete, the internal gasket is fitted in the second wave trough of the corrugation, after which the pipe is lubricated and pushed down into the base section.
