Compenseal

Compenseal is a flexible pipe penetration seal for pipe penetrations in walls and base slabs where the structure moves. The seal also acts as a movement compensator, accommodating axial and radial pipe displacement of up to plus/minus 40 mm, so that settlement and movement in the building do not place load on the pipe or the penetration. The product fits pipes with an outside diameter of 75, 90 and 110 mm and is installed in boreholes up to 150 or 200 mm, with a 350 mm flange against the substrate. It is supplied as a complete installation kit in which the PU sealing compound seals tightly against the pipe and substrate, and stainless steel clamping bands secure the seal. Screws and a plug for fixing are included, allowing the penetration to be completed in one operation. Working temperature: max 120°C. Watertight for pressures up to 1.0 bar.
