D-Muff repair clamps

D-Muff repair clamp is used to repair leaking ductile or cast iron sockets. The clamp is fitted over the leaking joint and consists of two ductile iron sections drawn together with bolts, so that the seals are pressed against the outside of the pipe on each side of the socket. This allows the joint to be sealed in place without having to cut out and replace the existing pipe section. The repair clamp is available in sizes from DN 50 to DN 600 and is selected according to the outside dimensions of the socket, with clamping ranges from approximately 62 mm up to 638 mm. The seal is normally supplied in EPDM and can be supplied in NBR on request for other media.
