DUO loose flanges ductile iron

Fucoli DUO are split loose flanges in ductile iron used to create a flanged connection to pipes, valves and other fittings. The flange is split into two halves, so it can be fitted around the pipe without the pipeline needing to be pulled apart or cut, which simplifies both new installation and work on existing pipelines. The flanges are supplied epoxy coated for corrosion protection. The range covers sizes from DN40 to DN600 with flange drilling to PN10 and PN16, and the working pressure is 10 or 16 bar depending on size and drilling. The number of bolt holes and the bolt circle follow the relevant pressure class, from four holes on the smallest sizes to twenty holes on the largest, giving a connection to standardised mating flanges.
