About the product
FIX-L is a restrained coupling for steel pipes and stainless steel pipes, used where pipelines need to be joined, extended or repaired without welding. The coupling is slid over the pipe ends and tightened with bolts, giving a fast installation. The reinforced anchoring ring provides high axial strength and stainless steel gripping rings lock onto the pipe surface. The seal is available in EPDM for -20 to 100 °C or NBR for -20 to 80 °C. The coupling tolerates a certain difference in diameter and an angular deviation of up to 4° in the smaller sizes and 2° in the largest, and covers outside diameters from approximately 107 to 270 mm. The choice of stainless steel makes it suitable for industry, water supply and infrastructure. Operating temperature: EPDM: -20 - 100°C NBR: -20 - 80°C Angular deviation / side: OD 26-168: 4° OD >206: 2°
