Flange adaptors PN10 to PN16

IBECO flange adaptor bridges flange drilling from PN10 to PN16. It is fitted between two flanges with different drilling patterns, allowing existing pipelines, valves and pumps to be connected without replacing pipe fittings. The adaptor is a ductile iron spacer piece available in sizes from DN200 up to DN1200, with a face-to-face length from 30 mm to 70 mm depending on size. Each side has its own hole pattern, with a different number of holes and bolt size matched to the respective flange drilling, giving an installation where both flanges are tightened with the correct bolts. The design complies with EN 545 and the adaptor has corrosion protection for buried and exposed installation. For a transition between PN10 and the older 1882 drilling, a corresponding version is available in the same size range.
