Flanged tees

Flanged tees with rotatable flanges are used when a branch connection is required from a flanged pipeline in pressurised water and distribution networks. The fitting is cast in ductile iron and is available from DN40 up to DN1000, with both equal and reduced branches so that the service pipe can be sized according to requirements. The rotatable flanges allow the bolt holes to be turned into position on site in the trench, which simplifies alignment with valves, bends and connecting fittings. The design complies with EN 545:2006, where DN40–150 has flange drilling PN10/16 and withstands 16 bar, whilst larger sizes are rated for PN10 and 10 bar. From DN700 and upwards, the tee is supplied with fixed flanges. The entire range can also be ordered for PN10, PN16 or PN25.
