Go to old websiteDN600 raising rings in recycled plastic that raise existing manholes to the required level. Low weight, non-slip, and rated for loads up to 80 tonnes.
Raising rings DN600 are used mainly to raise existing fixed manholes, both in new installations and renovation works. The rings are available in a wide range of heights up to 200 mm and also as a tapered model. They are manufactured from recycled plastic, giving low weight and allowing the rings to adapt to tapered or uneven concrete surfaces. The rebate prevents the rings from shifting against each other during transport or installation and makes fitting easier. Clean the contact surface before fitting a new ring. If a sealed joint is required, seal the groove on the top and underside with an oil-resistant jointing compound. Finish with an asphalt stop or a thin levelling ring. The rings can be combined with other types of raising rings and are rated for loads up to 80 tonnes. Note that the manhole frame must not rest on the rebate edge. Use a levelling ring here to distribute the load. This also applies when the old model is placed on top of the new type of raising ring with a rebate.
