About the product
The ball check valve with female thread is designed to prevent backflow in pressurised pipe systems. It is made of ductile iron and is available in sizes DN 32, DN 40 and DN 50 with female thread G32, G40 and G50, meaning the valve screws directly onto the pipe thread without a flanged joint. The ball is supplied in aluminium or ductile iron, and alternative ball weights can be chosen to adapt opening and closing to the operating conditions of the installation. If required, the valve can be supplied with a lightweight design. The valve is designed for PN 16 in accordance with EN 1074 part 3 and has face-to-face lengths in accordance with EN 558, making it compatible with standardised valve dimensions for both refurbishment and new installations.
