About the product
Resilient-seated gate valve in series 3000 with long spigot ends and full bore, intended for pipe networks where the valve is connected directly to the pipe spigot end without flanges. The valve is used for drinking water and the stem has rolled threads for high strength. Four stem seals and a fixed stem nut ensure a long service life and low closing torque, whilst recessed bolts are protected with sealing compound. The valve is designed in accordance with EN 1074 parts 1 and 2 and EN 1171 for PN16 and operates at 0–70°C, but not in freezing conditions. The version with long spigot ends is available in DN 100 and DN 150.
