IBDR large restrained pipe couplings, straight

IBDR is a restrained pipe coupling for large sizes, intended for all types of pipe material in DN400–DN1400. The coupling is available straight, as a reducer between different sizes, and in versions with flange and hood, so that the same system can be used for jointing, size transitions, connections and isolation in the same pipeline. The working pressure is 10 or 16 bar, with the largest sizes DN1000–DN1400 intended for 10 bar. The clamping range is adapted according to the pipe's outside diameter, so that the coupling fits the pipe in question. During installation the coupling is tightened to the specified torque, which activates the gripping plates and locks them against the pipe surface. The grip is self-adjusting in all directions and grips harder when the pipeline is subjected to stress and ground movement.
