About the product
The non-return valve protects people and property from flooding and backflow in gravity sewers. It is installed directly in existing manholes by simply pressing it into the pipe of your choice, which means installation can be carried out without specialist skills or special equipment. The seal fits all types of pipe material and the valve is available for pipe inlets DN100 and DN150 with an inside diameter of between 97 and 153 mm. The flap has a unique patented shape that eases flow around tight bends, and ribs maintain the invert level of the pipe. A steel plate keeps out rodents and insects, and the valve has a locking mechanism. The body is made of polypropylene, the valve is maintenance-free, and the operating temperature is -50 to 80 °C continuous and 100 °C short-term.
