About the product
Mechanical pulling heads are used when PE pipe is to be pulled into place, for example when installing into a protective duct or over longer pipe runs where the pipe end needs a secure attachment point for the pulling force. The head is mechanically fitted to the pipe end and holds the pipe end together throughout the pull. The range covers pipe with outside diameters from 25 to 355 mm and fits both SDR17 and SDR11, so the same head can be used regardless of which of these wall thicknesses the pipe has. For each size, the pipe's outside diameter is given together with an SPV dimension, making it easy to select the right head for the pipe in question. If other sizes are needed, these can be supplied on request.
