Re-rounding tool 315-400 mm

Ovality in pipes is common, particularly in pipes supplied on coils and pipes with a high SDR number, that is, thin walls. It is essential that the pipe is round for the socket to seat correctly, and re-rounding therefore always takes place before insertion into the socket. This re-rounding tool of type E covers the larger sizes 315, 355 and 400 mm and is fitted as an adjustable ring clamp around the pipe end, where the tensioning screw gradually draws the pipe back into a round shape. The tools are designed for specific sizes, so the correct size is chosen according to the pipe diameter. If you want to cover several sizes with the same tool, inserts are available that step down from 400 mm to 355 and 315 mm respectively, and from 315 to 280 mm. Re-rounding tools are available for the entire size range from 16 mm up to 400 mm.
