IBINLINE internal pipe/repair couplings

IBINLINE is an internal pipe/repair coupling that is installed from inside the pipe, allowing you to join or repair gravity systems without digging. It is used both to connect pipe ends and to seal leaking joints in large pipelines, and is available for sizes from DN 500 up to DN 2400. The coupling is made of EPDM rubber with clamping bands that are locked and adjusted on site to the inside diameter of the pipe, allowing it to be fitted to existing pipes. Before installation, the pipe's contact surface is cleaned of grit and deposits, and lubricant is applied to the contact surface and beneath the steel bands against the rubber so that the bands and rubber can slide and form themselves to the pipe. The face-to-face length is 412 mm. Mounting bands in stainless steel and other face-to-face lengths are available on request.
