About the product
ICON Pushfit is an internal coupling fitted from inside the pipe, which means it works where the outside of the pipe is irregular or inaccessible and a traditional external coupling cannot be used. The coupling consists of an ABS plastic core with a ribbed rubber gasket that is pressed against the inside of the pipe to give a watertight joint. Installation requires no tools: clean the inside of the pipe of sludge and debris, apply lubricant to the rubber gasket, push the coupling into the first pipe as far as the pipe stop, then push the second pipe on from the opposite side. The tapered edge gives a smooth transition. Available for DN 95, 100 and 150 as well as in reducing versions, and withstands -50°C to 80°C.
