IBECO Flap Valves with Spigot End
A passive non-return valve that prevents backflow at the outlet of a pipe network, particularly in environments with fluctuating water levels. The valve has a spigot end that connects to the pipe, either with a Fernco SC coupling – the only WRc-approved method – or by fixing to the pipe with the supplied EPDM sealing strip. Manufactured in PE (HDPE 500) with an integrated EPDM seal and a 10° incline that ensures seating against the seat.

Installation: No FVMS kit. Connected with SC coupling (the only WRc-approved method) or sealing strip FVSMS-01 to -04. FVSA is selected according to the spigot end's outside diameter, not DN. Standards: WRc-approved when installed with SC coupling. Exceeds the requirements of DIN 19569-4 and BS7775. Operating temperature: Continuous 80°C Intermittent 100°C
