About the product
The clamping tool is used for temporary shut-off of PE pipe. The pipe is clamped between the tool's clamping jaws so that the flow is restricted, and then released again without the need to cut the pipeline. The clamping range is 180–250 mm and the tool works with two clamping points, giving even clamping of the pipe. The hydraulics are detachable and can be removed from the clamping frame, making transport and handling on site easier. The tool is available in two versions: with a manual pump or electro-hydraulic. The clamping is limited by stop blocks selected according to the pipe's size and SDR value, with a range covering sizes from 125 up to 250 mm. An extra clamping point is available as an accessory.
