Hydraulic squeeze-off tools for PE pipe

Hydraulic squeeze-off tools for PE pipe are used for temporary shut-off of a pipeline. The squeezing is done hydraulically, which makes the tools user-friendly even in the larger sizes where the force required is high. The tools are available in three versions with clamping ranges of 63–125 mm, 63–200 mm and 160–250 mm, together covering PE pipe from 63 mm up to 250 mm. For the 63–200 mm clamping range, stop blocks are available for SDR11 and SDR17, which set the squeezing to match the pipe's SDR class. Stop blocks for other SDR values and squeeze-off tools for larger sizes can be offered on request, allowing the tools to be adapted to more sizes and wall thicknesses than the standard range.
