Hydraulic clamping tool for PE pipes with detachable hydraulics 250-400

The clamping tool is used for temporary shut-off of PE pipes during repair, connection or service work, without the need to drain the whole system. The tool clamps around the pipe so that the flow is restricted, allowing work to be carried out on a pressure-free section. This model has a clamping range of 250-400 mm and works with two clamping points, giving a more even pressure across the clamping zone. The hydraulics are electro-hydraulic and detachable, and can be lifted off while the tool remains on the pipe, simplifying handling in the trench. Stop lugs are available for pipes with an outside diameter of 250-400 mm in SDR11 and SDR17.6 and limit how far the pipe is clamped. Clamping tools for larger sizes are available on request.
