Long 45° elbows SDR17

The long 45° PE elbow is used for changing direction in pressurised PE pipe systems, for example water and gas pipelines. The elbow is injection moulded in PE100 and is available in pressure class PN16/SDR11 and PN10/SDR17, where the PN10 version covers the larger sizes. The range covers pipes with an outside diameter from 25 mm up to 315 mm, which means the same elbow type can be used from service pipe to larger mains. The long design provides extra wall length at both ends, which means the elbow can be welded either with an electrofusion coupler or directly by butt fusion.
