Long PE stub flanges PN10, SDR17

Long PE stub flanges are used when a PE pipeline is to be terminated with a flanged connection. The longer neck means the stub flange can be installed with either an electrofusion coupler or by butt fusion, giving you a choice of welding method and making work easier in confined trenches. The stub flanges are injection moulded in PE100 and dimensioned for pressure class PN10 in pipe series SDR17, so that they match pressure pipes of the same class. The range covers pipe sizes from dy 63 upwards, with the neck and collar matched to each size. The stub flange is combined with a loose flange, for example an SF flange in PP steel, which is tightened against the collar with through bolts.
