Long PE stub flanges PN16, SDR11

The stub flange is used when a PE pipe is to be connected to a flange, for example to valves, pumps or other pipe fittings in pressurised systems. It is welded to the pipe end using an electrofusion coupler or butt fusion and forms a stub against which a loose SF flange can be tightened. The long design gives extra length of welding end to work with, making it easier to access when welding in confined trenches or close to existing connections. The material is PE100, the same material as the pipe, giving a homogeneous weld joint without a transition between different materials. The stub flanges belong to pressure class PN16 in pipe series SDR11 and are available for pipe sizes from dy 25 up to dy 630, with length and height dimensions adapted to each size.
