Loose bolts/nuts/washers M27 acid-resistant or galvanised

Loose bolts, nuts and washers in size M27 are used when a flanged joint is to be assembled or supplemented with individual parts rather than a complete bolt set. The bolts are available in lengths of 110, 120, 160, 180 and 190 mm, which allows wall thickness, gasket and any spacers to be matched without the thread being too short or protruding unnecessarily. The washers measure 28x50x4 mm and distribute the tightening force across the flange's bolt holes. The parts are supplied in either acid-resistant A4 or galvanised (fzv) finish, so the material can be chosen to suit the environment and the other components in the joint. M27 is used in flanged joints with 30 mm bolt holes, for example PN10 in larger sizes and PN16 and PN25 respectively in intermediate sizes.
