Loose bolts, nuts and washers in size M45 are used to assemble or complete flanged joints where the largest bolt sizes are required. M45 is found, among other things, in flanges for PN25 in the largest sizes, where each joint is bolted with a large number of bolts. Because the parts are sold loose, you can complete an existing joint or replace individual bolts, nuts and washers without ordering a complete bolt set. The parts are available in two finishes, acid-resistant A4 and galvanised FZV, and the bolt, nut and washer should be chosen in the same finish throughout the joint. The nuts are treated against seizing, which makes tightening and dismantling easier. The washers are supplied in a finish matched to the respective bolt grade.
