Mini sleeves

Mini sleeves are primarily used to quickly repair minor corrosion holes on existing pipelines, without having to replace the pipe. The clamp is made of stainless steel sheet in 1.4301 and is fitted around the pipe in a single-band design, where the internal gasket seals against the pipe surface. The range covers spans from approximately 21 mm up to 117 mm, corresponding to pipes from DN15 to DN100, and is available in face-to-face lengths of 75 and 150 mm. The working pressure is 16 bar for the smaller spans and 10 bar for the largest. The bolts are teflon coated, which makes installation easier. The clamp is selected according to the pipe's actual outside diameter, not its nominal size.
