Radon and water seals LT

Concrete does not bond chemically with the pipe during casting, so the penetration must be sealed separately. The radon and water seal is fitted directly onto the pipe before casting and prevents water and gas from tracking along the outside of the pipe. Typical applications are tanks, concrete slabs, basements, manholes, cisterns and other concrete structures. The seal is an EPDM sleeve that is tightened with mounting bands, and its low installed height means it can be fitted even in confined spaces and where several pipes run close together. It can be installed both horizontally and vertically, above and below ground. The seal withstands 8 bar water pressure. The bands are tightened to the specified torque. Sizes are available for pipes from dy 25 up to dy 630 mm.
