Reducing flange adaptors are used to connect two flanges of different sizes without an intermediate pipe section, giving a short and compact connection in valve chambers and confined installations. The adaptors are manufactured in ductile iron and supplied with epoxy corrosion protection and A2 bolts as standard. The standard range covers reducers from DN 60-40 up to DN 300-250, with flange drilling PN10/16 for a working pressure of 16 bar and PN10 for 10 bar. The wall thickness is 20 mm across all sizes. The product is available in two designs, model type A and model type B, which differ in flange geometry and number of bolts – from 4 x M16 to 20 x M20 depending on size and reduction. Larger reducing flanges and other reductions can be supplied on request.
