About the product
The repair couplings are used to repair damaged PE pipes and to join pipe ends by electrofusion. The coupling is manufactured in PE100RC and supplied in SDR11 for water up to PN16 and gas up to PN10. The range covers pipe sizes from 63 to 315 mm, and custom sizes can be produced. The heating wires are integrated into the sleeve, and each unit has a unique ID number with a barcode that is read into the welding machine so that the correct welding parameters are used and the weld can be traced afterwards. The centre stop can be removed within the range 20–280 mm, allowing the sleeve to be slid to the side along the pipe when repairing an existing pipeline.
