Pipe gauges are used to check pipelines for compression and deflection, ensuring optimal performance in the pipeline. This model is intended for checking with 5% deflection. The pipe gauges' nine-blade design allows gravel and debris to pass through easily, so the pipeline check can proceed smoothly and without interruption for clearing. The gauges are manufactured in both steel and aluminium and cover sizes from DN 150 up to DN 525, intended for pipes in pressure class SDR26. Both the pipe gauge's size and deflection can be customised on request, allowing the tool to be matched to the specific pipeline to be checked.
