About the product
The pipe gauge is used to check pipelines for compression and deflection and shows whether the pipe has deformed. The gauge is pulled through the pipeline and stops where the deflection exceeds the permitted limit of 7.5 percent, giving a clear and immediate check result and ensuring optimal performance in the pipeline. The design with nine fins allows gravel and debris to pass the gauge easily, so that the pipeline check can proceed smoothly and without unnecessary interruptions. The gauges are manufactured in steel or aluminium and are available for pipe sizes from DN 150 up to DN 450 in pressure class SDR26. Both the size and the deflection can be customised on request, so that the gauge matches the pipeline to be checked.
