Rotation scrapers adjustable

The surface of PE pipes oxidises when exposed to air, which impairs weldability. Scraping the outer layer is therefore essential before welding. A mechanical rotation scraper gives even and controlled removal of the surface, unlike manual scraping, and ensures that the right amount of material is removed - not too much, not too little. The scraping length is adjustable, which means the tool can be used on both pipes and pipe fittings where different lengths need to be processed. The tool is fitted onto the pipe and rotated around the material so that the entire circumference is processed evenly. It covers the size range from 90 to 355 mm. For branch connections, scraping tools are also available that adapt to the shape and size of the branch.
