RS0 stainless steel mini repair couplings DN15–DN50

RS0 mini couplings are repair couplings for smaller pipe sizes, DN15–DN50, with clamp ranges from 19–23 mm up to 60–64 mm and face-to-face lengths of 75, 100 and 150 mm. The coupling is made from heavy-gauge stainless steel sheet, and the gasket sits inside around the entire coupling, giving a 360-degree sealing surface. The gasket has a recessed, vulcanised-in metal insert at the transition between the bolted joints, and all weld seams are passivated. The single-band design is tightened directly onto the pipe on site, so the repair can be carried out without cutting the pipe. Low weight makes the coupling easy to handle in confined trenches, the bolts are PTFE-coated and the corners rounded to prevent cutting injuries. The stated working pressure is 16 bar and the standard EPDM gasket is suitable for water.
