Stainless steel repair clamp in single-band design with a 360-degree sealing surface – fast and secure repair of leaking pipes in DN40–DN65.
RS1 stainless steel repair clamps are used to seal and repair damaged pipelines in sizes DN40 to DN65, with clamping ranges from approximately 52 to 82 mm and face-to-face lengths of 150, 200 and 250 mm. The design is single-band with a sealing surface running 360 degrees around the whole pipe. The clamp is made of heavy-duty stainless steel plate, and the gasket has a recessed, vulcanised-in plate at the transition between the bolt joints. All weld seams are passivated. To simplify installation, the clamp is lightweight, has teflon-coated bolts and rounded corners that prevent cutting injuries. The gasket runs inside around the entire clamp and, in the standard version, is suitable for water.
