Stainless steel repair clamps in double-band design with a 360-degree sealing surface – seals the leak quickly without the need to replace the damaged pipeline.
RS2 stainless steel repair clamps seal leaks and damage on pressurised pipelines in DN80–DN1500 without the need to replace the pipe. The double-band design provides a sealing surface around the entire pipe, 360 degrees, and the clamp is manufactured from heavy-duty stainless steel sheet where the gasket has a recessed, vulcanised-in steel insert at the transition between the bolt joints. The working pressure is 16 bar in the smaller sizes and 10 bar in the largest. Variants with threaded or flanged outlets are available for connection to the existing pipeline.
