Stainless steel repair clamp with threaded outlet – seals the damage and at the same time provides a ready-made outlet on the pipe, without the need to cut the pipe.
RS2 stainless steel repair clamps with threaded outlet are used to seal damage and leaks on pressurised pipelines, and at the same time provide an internal threaded outlet G50 for connection directly on the pipe. The clamp is made of heavy-gauge stainless steel sheet and has an EPDM gasket running around the entire clamp with a 360-degree sealing surface. The gasket has a recessed, vulcanised-in steel plate at the transition between the bolt joints. The design is double-banded and is available for sizes from DN80 to DN400 with clamping ranges covering common pipe outside diameters, in face-to-face lengths of 300 and 400 mm. The stated working pressure is 16 bar for the smaller clamping ranges and 10 bar for the largest.
