Segment-welded 45° PE bends SDR11

The segment-welded 45° bend is used for changes of direction in pressurised PE pipelines, for example water and wastewater pipelines. The bend is built up from segments welded together to the required angle, which means it can also be manufactured in large sizes. The material is PE100RC, a polyethylene grade with enhanced resistance to scratches and point loads. The bends have straight ends and are welded to connecting PE pipes in the same way as the pipes themselves, giving a homogeneous, end-load resistant joint. The size range covers pipe sizes from 90 mm to 1000 mm outside diameter in several SDR classes, including SDR17 and SDR11. Manufactured to order once pressure class, angle and size have been specified.
