Go to old websitePE100RC segment-welded cross pieces, branching the pressure pipeline in four directions.
Segment-welded cross pieces are used where a pressurised PE pipeline needs to branch in four directions, for example in water and wastewater networks. The fitting is manufactured in PE100RC and built up from welded segments, which means the geometry can be adapted to the project instead of being limited by injection-moulded standard dimensions. The range covers sizes from 90 to 315 mm outside diameter in two wall thicknesses, SDR17 and SDR11, so the cross piece can be matched to the pipeline's pressure class according to EN 12201-3. As the fitting is made of the same PE material as the pipe, it is welded to the pipe to form a homogeneous joint without mechanical couplings.
