About the product

Long SF flange is used to connect PE pipe to flanged valves, pumps and other flanged components in pressurised systems. The stub flange is welded to the pipe using electrofusion coupler or butt fusion, and the loose flange is then bolted to the mating flange. The long face-to-face length gives room for the welding equipment and allows the flange to be rotated freely before the bolts are tightened. The stub flange is made of PE100 RC and the flange is a PP steel flange. The range covers pipe outside diameter 90–800 mm against flange size DN 65–700 with flange drilling PN10, in SDR11 and SDR17, with the number of bolts increasing with size. Other sizes are available on request.
