Long SF flanges, flange drilling PN10 SDR11

Long SF flange is used to connect PE pipe to flanged valves, pumps and other flanged components in pressurised systems. The stub flange is welded to the pipe using an electrofusion coupler or butt fusion, and the loose flange is then bolted to the mating flange. The long face-to-face length provides clearance for the welding equipment and allows the flange to rotate freely before the bolts are tightened. The stub flange is manufactured from PE100 RC and the flange is a PP-steel flange; a gasket is included with the PN16 version. The range covers pipe outside diameters 90–800 mm against flange size DN 65–700 in PN16 and SDR11, with the number of bolts increasing with size. Other sizes are available on request.
