Long SF flanges, flange drilling PN16 SDR11

The long SF flange PN10 is a PE flanged joint for connecting PE pipe to a flanged valve, pump or pipe fitting. The stub flange is welded to the pipe by electrofusion coupler or butt fusion, whilst the loose flange in PP-steel is fitted behind the stub flange's collar and bolted to the counter flange. The long face-to-face length gives plenty of room for the welding equipment and makes the work easier in confined installations, for example in valve chambers and pumping stations. The joint is available for PN10 in versions suited to both SDR17 and SDR11, in sizes from pipe OD 90 mm up to 800 mm, corresponding to flange sizes DN65 to DN700. The number of bolts follows the flange size and varies from four to twenty-four per joint.
